Mooraz.com is proud to announce its new directory service now available online to visitors and new suppliers. It boasts endless amounts of new features for customers and suppliers. Your directory items are also controlled entirely by you. We have a members interface where you can log in and change any details, add special promotions for the Mooraz.com directory customers, and much more! Mooraz.com provides extended distribution and exposure.
Mooraz.com offers Listing Options, Event Options, Banner Options, Classified Options, and Article Options, all at various, different packages. Mooraz.com has a range of options: from minimum Listings Options, Event Options, and Classified Options for free; to more detailed and expanded Listings Options, Event Options and Classified Options at the Basic fee; Premium fee and Showcase Package fee per annum. The Banner Option offers Sponsorship fee, Featured fee and Bottom Banner fee per annum. The Article Option also offers a listing for a per annum fee. The basic listings includes Name, Address, Title and Reviews to Web Link, E-Mail Link, Summary Description, Send to a Friend, Add to Favorites, Designation Icon, Ratings and Reviews. Showcase level listings appear in search results above Premium, Basic and Free listing contains Detail View and Summary View. Title, Logo Image, Address, Phone, Fax, Web Link, E-Mail Link, Summary Description, Detail Description, Send to a Friend, Add to Favorites, Print, Map, Designation Icon, Coupon, Ratings and Reviews, Photo Gallery, Contact Form, Video Snippet are all available in Showcase listings.
Mooraz.com reserves the right to run any type of promotion where customers may upgrade their subscription package; however, there will be no refunds due to price change on the current subscription due to promotion or cost of living change.
Search options by local city and state, international options available, or ZIP code name, category and keyword search. Area code name, category and keyword search and Statewide and Nationwide business name, category and keyword search. Browse headings by letter. Write reviews and ratings for favorites. Advertisers can place their Mooraz.com display ad on Mooraz.com. In order to drive traffic to your business, we will disclose keywords about your business, your business name, general and specific description about your business, information about your location, and information about your products and services to third-party services and to the general public.
Tell A Friend about Mooraz.com. You may forward the email address of another person who may also be interested in Mooraz.com. You may contact Mooraz.com with any feedback, questions or comments. All information provided to Mooraz.com by users, may be used to support our suppression, validation and enhancement services to other marketing companies, advertising agencies, compilers and data companies.
Review, ratings and feedbacks are allowed. If you feel that unfavorable feedback is left against you unfairly, please contact us. We will, to the best of our knowledge and effort, try to resolve it, by contacting you and the party leaving the unfavorable feedback. After Mooraz.com's involvement, if we receive no response to our communication to resolve the matter then the unfavorable feedback will be removed. If we come upon feedback posted with an incorrect phone number and/or email address, then that feedback can be removed. If it is found that a customer, client or consumer purposely or randomly leaves continuous negative feedbacks against Mooraz.com then Mooraz.com reserves all legal rights against any and all unlawful users.
Mooraz.com takes our privacy very seriously. Mooraz.com's goal is to ensure your trust and confidence with your personal information. We will not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose or period, and we will keep your personal information safe. Mooraz.com will collect different types of personal information and other information based on our business relationship with you. We will collect contact information, which allows us to communicate with you and provide you with electronic newsletters or promotional e-mails as well as information, offers and services. Mooraz.com does not endorse information entered. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for their content. If you feel that information is entered falsely or information is entered without your knowledge, please notify us and we will research it. If found that a customer does not respond to that the notification within 72 hours, then they will be removed from Mooraz.com.
Mooraz.com reserves the right to remove a customer if it has received three (3) or more unfavorable feedbacks back to back.
Mooraz.com customers may link their business to any type of websites; however no pornographic pictures or video will be allowed. Pictures must be censored or covered up. Otherwise, customer will be removed and amount paid will not be refunded.
We may disclose your personal information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to a company with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Mooraz.com or to protect and defend the rights or property of Mooraz.com or users of our websites or our customers' websites.
Mooraz.com might use "cookie" technology. A cookie is a piece of information, which a web server may place on your computer when you visit a web site. We will provide links to outside advertisers or companies and they may also use Cookies; these companies are not controlled by us.
You may Opt Out and remove your information by sending us written correspondence electronically or via mail. We will remove your personal information pursuant to your request within 20 days of receiving the request, once the information and identity is verified.
Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of Mooraz.com expresses written consent to receive written correspondence and prerecorded sales messages or promotions from Mooraz.com. You are approving to receive correspondence and prerecorded sales messages (promotions) from Mooraz.com only at the designated email address, and phone numbers provided including home, business or cell phone lines. Your authorization will be effective regardless of whether the number you have provided is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list and shall remain in effect unless you revoke your approval. You may revoke or Opt Out your approval by electronic mailing and or using the Opt Out rules set forth herein.
In the future, we will post any policy changes on our web site and this will provide you the chance to opt out.
RETURN POLICY:
Since Mooraz.com offers non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds. If a client, changes their mind and decides not to advertise with us, upon a 24 hour written request, we will remove the listing ad and/or event, banner, classified or article ad. We will happily review any concerns upon request and consider special circumstances for a refund.
